Tour Setups

 

My tours are not packaged but personalised tours.  This means when requesting my services to assist you with planning a tour itinerary, either self-drive or using my services as your guide, it is necessary to request information to determine your tour objectives.  

 

On receipt of this information requested, will allow me to determine whether I will be able to assist you or alternatively recommend one of my guide colleagues.

Should you wish me to continue, due to the work, cost, time, and care in planning a tour itinerary, an upfront fee will be imposed.

Travellers who wish for me to accompany them (Max 7)  this fee will be subtracted from invoice. No tour I structure is the same considering everyone has different interests.  

 

 Cost to setup a tour is as follows:

 

1 – 4          night tour set-up      –             R3 000.00

5 – 10        night tour set-up      –             R6 000.00

11 – 20+    night tour set-up     –             R10 000.00

 

 

The above rates are reviewable on an annual basis.

Please note personalized  tour planning can take anything from 2 – 20 days considering the care and interest placed in planning traveller’s tours. 

Tour planning does not include international & domestic flights or your personalised travel / tours. It pertains only to WildLandsAfrica tour itinerary. 

For my existing clients the above fees are waived. 

 

 Tours are personalized according to guests interests.

Please note WildLandsAfrica does not use self – catering facilities unless fully catered well established restaurants are within the reserves premises.
